SENIOR RESIDENTIAL AGENT - PROFESSIONAL WITH A PROOVEN TRACK RECORD

One of the top real estate consultancy firms in the real estate field is in the search for an experienced goal-oriented senior agent with focus on the luxury residential projects.

Become a part of the expansion of this department and shape a further progress togother with the Head of the department. 

Your responsibilities and activity - 

After making sure you know perfectly the portfolio of the clients you will be expected to monitor the development of the trends in the residential real estate market +

Organization of the client tours and Helping with - 

a) preparation of the pricing/sales business setup b) completion of the sales documentation c) creation of the contractual documentation d) client change system

What you should be familiar with and have experience of? 

The excellent communication, business and negotiation skills are a matter of course. 

• Solid knowledge of the real estate market (apartments and family houses), the luxurier the better!
• Active experience in selling/renting of such
• Knowing your way around the preparation and implementation of residential development projects in the field of sales
• Organizational skills, independence, responsibility, active approach
• Good knowledge of the English language necessary
• Experienced PC user, excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
