Join our leading development team in Prague, where we specialize in creating extraordinary residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to bring our projects to life through exceptional client service and sales expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

Sell residential and commercial units within our exclusive projects.
Proactively acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.
Provide end-to-end client support throughout the property purchase process.
Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations that showcase the value of our projects.
Prepare contract documentation and assist clients with custom adjustments to meet their unique needs.
Support clients in handover processes, ensuring a seamless transition into their new property.
Maintain an up-to-date client and prospect database and report key metrics to management.
Collaborate effectively with all company departments and external partners to ensure top-quality service.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on new developments.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent administrative precision.
Strong presentation and communication skills to engage clients professionally and confidently.
