Dynamic and boosting real-estate investment company operating in Czech Republic as well as abroad, is currently looking to hire a capable, skilled and motivated candidate for the role of a skilled Lawyer with direct reporting to Managing Director.

Your work range will be covering all areas of legal relations (corporate, acquisition, cadastral, lease, loan, tax, etc.., therefore we are looking for an excellent generalist lawyer with experience in practising law in a real estate/ development firm.

Your range of responsibilities:

• Prepare updates of standard documentation and preparation of new editions of contracts, handbooks and other standard templates.
• Assist and advise the management team in all leasing, acquisition or project financing related matters
• Assist with applications for administrative authorizations and legal relationships with public entities, such as local county council.
• Support Leasing, Operations, Marketing and Accounting Teams on all legal issues.
• Report to the Managing Director

As a suitable candidate, you need to have:

• A faculty of law in the Czech Republic - completed studies (postgraduate studies and/or studies abroad welcome)
• Business-legal experience at least 5 years and prefferably experience in Real Estate company (acquisition, leasing, financing)
• Very good English knowledge (both spoken and written incl. legal terminology)
• Self-reliance at work
• Pleasant manners, carefulness, loyalty, going along with the company's interests

Requirements:

law degree from CZ, business legal experience min. 5 years, very good knowledge of English, fluent Czech
