Requirments

• Fluent English
• Experience of minimum 5 years in the letting of a retail sector (the more the better)
• Great knowledge of retail
• Vast contacts
• Solo Character - The company does not use the agents
• University degree
• Great negotiator

Activities

• Letting of retail units within a Shopping Centre
• Searching for the new business opportunities and potential tenants
• Initiative to bring new tenants
• Ideas of ways to raise a name of the shopping centre - drafts of reconstruction etc.
• Cooperating with real estate units
• Communication with potential tenants, presentation of available spaces, presentation of plans (layouts) and specification of vacant unit
• Presentation and negotiation of letting contract conditions
• Market research – monitoring of competitors, new developments etc.
• Support and close cooperation with colleagues in the letting, asset and development team
• Communication with marketing and development departments
• Elaboration of simple analyses and reports preparation

Experience in letting of commercial properties is advantage. You should not lack a motivation to learn and develop your skills and have a passion for a business.

Since you will be facing clients on everyday basis you should have a very good communication and organisational skills.

The client offers an ambitious fix salary (depending on the relevant experience) plus annual bonuses.
