We're looking for a suitable candidate to drive PROPERTY activities of a highly attractive, property investor and developer.

PROPERTY MANAGER is to take responsibility for the following activities:

Trading, technical and infrastructural management of objects with focus on the OFFICE sector.

• Independent organization and execution of maintenance, inspections,renovations and repair
• First contact person for existing tenants
• Negotiation and optimization of purchase contracts and monitoring of
• utility bills
• Coordination of partners and suppliers' inclusive contract-management
• Management and monitoring of external Facility Manager and other services
• Regular inspection and monitoring of object
• Evaluation and regular reporting on the performance of the office
• buildings
• Real estate management inclusive planning of budget and investments
• and reporting
• Representation and functional support to the Property Management

To perform the role well, suitable candidate should have around 2-3 years of experience in property management (office segment as an advantage) with focus on a client. You should also have a university degree (at least bachelor).

Professional presentation, effective communication skills, dynamic personality with client facing skills are very important as well as negotiating skills very good English together with Czech/Slovak are also expected.
