EXPERIENCED ARCHITECT WITH AN INTERNATIONAL AMBITION - EU, UK - PRAGUE BASED

We are seeking experienced Architectural staff for the Prague office. This opportunity entails expanding and diverse workload in the EU/UK region which you would be part of!

Permanent position in the Prague with time to be spent in the London office!!

Requirements -

• MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST-UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE AND REVIT KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED!
• Full construction information, detailing and understanding of materials (all produced in Revit)
• Not only design skills but good practical technical experience needed
• Working and communicating efficiently is vitally important
• Experience/track record of delivering small to medium projects from start to finish
• Ability to demonstrate a knowledge of working on delivering real projects
• Experience from full contruction projects welcomed, not only interior design
• Ability to produce working draw packages unsupervised to agreed deadlines
• Detailed knowledge of CZ Planning and Building Regulations
• Willingness to work on UK/EU based projects - close co-operation with the London team
• Good interpersonal skills, passion and enthusiasm for work
• All skills and knowledge must be owned in Czech and English language
• Proactivity and teamwork

REVIT - at least a good experience and willingness to learn more, English and Czech language, both advanced! Great design skills as well as the technical/construction/material skills and experience. Prooven track record. CZ Planning and Building Regulations knowledge.
