Activities:

• responsibility for planning, overseeing and leading projects
• executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects
• excellent orientation in project documentation
• communication with clients, getting to know their needs and deliver work based on it
• creating the schedule and making sure it is adhered to
• coordinate realization phase and control works of particular sub-contractors
• final hand over to a client
• execution and delivery of presentations
• reports to investors
• cooperation with other departments

Must have:

• university degree in construction
• at least 3 years of experience from project management / construction of commercial or industrial projects
• Advanced English
• great organisational skills and overview about technologies and sustainability aspects
• great communicative, organisational, collaborative skills
• driven, problem solving character
