This is a great opportunity for a motivated junior candidate interested in B2B Letting / Sales OR semi-skilled commercial letting consultant.
We are searching for a Junior Letting Manager of retail units to join a successful and leading company, commercial property owner with a great reputation.
As a Junior Letting Manager, you will manage following activities:
- Letting of retail units within a specific shopping centre
- Seize opportunities to seek suitable tenants
- Processes tenancy agreements and assorted documents
- Maintains applicants register
- Communication with potential tenants, presentation of available spaces, presentation of plans (layouts) and specification of vacant unit
- Presentation and negotiation of letting contract conditions
- Market research – monitoring of competitors, new developments etc.
- Support and close cooperation with colleagues in the letting team
- Communication with marketing department
- Reporting to a Centre Manager and Head of Leasing
This is a role for a sharp, quick thinking, ambitous sales talent with the passion for a business, very good communication and organisational skills.
Excellent Czech/ Slovak and fluent English is also essential as some o the clients are non-Czech speakers.
