JUNIOR LETTING MANAGER – COMMERCIAL DEVELOPER (LB)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and ambitious junior, genuinely interested to build a career in a segment of commercial real estate.

This position will be appealing to either candidates with around 1-2 year of experience in commercial property letting as well as candidates with brief sales experience out of real estate segment.

Due to a multinational working environment, the business language is Czech/Slovak and English.

As a Junior Letting Manager, you will join a very successful property developer with a great reputation and highly interesting portfolio of commercial projects and manage following activities:

- Letting of commercial properties

- Searching for potential tenants and new business opportunities

- Cooperating with real estate agencies

- Communication with potential tenants, presentation of available spaces, presentation of layouts

- Preparing letting contracts and participating on contract negotiations

- Market research and analyses – monitoring of competitors, new developments etc.

- Support and close cooperation with colleagues in the letting team

- Communication with marketing department

- Analyses and report preparation

- Database updating

The Junior Letting Manager will ideally have a university degree (at least bachelor); previous experience directly in letting of commercial properties is preferred not a must have, as a suitable candidate can be also from other sales segments. However, you should be responsible, precise and motivated individual, ready to learn and develop and have passion for business.

Since you will be facing clients on everyday basis you should have very good communication and organisational skills.
Excellent spoken and written Czech/ Slovak and English is also essential as most of the clients are non-Czech speakers.
