What you’ll be doing

• Source & evaluate new commercial real estate opportunities (office, retail, logistics)
• Lead acquisitions and manage end-to-end transactions
• Negotiate deals, coordinate with partners, advisors, and institutions
• Analyze market trends & help optimize our current portfolio

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment
• Deal-making mindset & strong business acumen
• Independence, initiative, and a hands-on approach
• Market knowledge and network in the industry
• Advanced level of Czech and English
