GROUP REPORTING & CONSOLIDATION EXPERT|REAL ESTATE PROJECTS|UP TO 130 CZK

✅We are looking for an experienced IFRS consolidation and reporting professional to join our dynamic finance team at a big real estate company – a leading European real estate developer and asset manager.

If you have a keen eye for detail, strong IFRS knowledge, and are confident working in a fast-paced international environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packages in compliance with IFRS and internal Group accounting policies
• Coordinate data collection across countries and ensure correct account setup and data accuracy
• Collaborate with local accounting teams and external service providers
• Manage intercompany reconciliation processes
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting and consolidation processes
• Organize IFRS-related training sessions and support accurate financial reporting across the Group

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA or similar certification is a plus)
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (Real Estate industry experience is a strong asset)
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Czech GAAP (knowledge of other local GAAPs is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta) and Reporting.cz is an advantage
• Advanced English is required; Czech fluency is a must
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized professional with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment
