SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED

AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL

SKILLS TO LEAD A TEAM AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MULTIPURPOSE COMPLEX OF BUILDINGS

Technical, Asset, Facility and/or Letting management background welcomed.

Responsibilities -

• Responsibility over the wide commercial/residential real estate portfolio
• Managing all the necessary documents
• Elaboration and optimization of budgets (opex, capex)
• Coordination of the supplier relations and provision of services for the buildings
• Administration of contractual documents
• Active communication with the tenants and solving their requirements
• Ensuring repairs and maintenance of the objects
• Monitoring of insurance claims
• Regular reporting to and communication with the property owner
• Preparation of the operating cost statements and communication with the tenants
• Implementation of strategies for increasing the value of real estate
• Keeping track of the latest trends in the property management

Requirements -

• Ability to work independently and in a team, resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks
• Wider experience in a property management (or very similar) position in the commercial real estate
• Excellent knowledge of the Czech and English language
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Adaptation, efficiency, fast decision-making and skilled improvisation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach, proactive attitude
• Passion for commercial real estate and further career development
• Technical management background welcomed

Requirements

Significant experience in the Property or/and Asset and Facility management of commercial real estate.
