Your main activities and responsibilities will be:

• Cooperation with Development Team in Land Acquisition
• Participating in preparation of Leasing strategies and Marketing Plans for current portfolio as well as new developments
• Being in a close contact with Clients and potential Tenants - introducing them selected properties/development sites
• Coordinating activities between Letting and Marketing Team (preparing documents for meetings with real estate consultancies and marketing agencies)
• Organising and attending Social Events for clients and suppliers

What is needed:

• Experience in real estate or a significant interest + fluent English and Czech
• Enthusiasm to further develop your career in real estate
• Very outgoing, sociable and salesy personality
• Ability to easily make new acquaintances
• Having an interest in marketing, development, letting
• High woking pace - yes, the word is DYNAMIC!
• Having a "strive to success" approach with never giving up attitude
• Overall motivation and gift of eloquence and negotiation to make your job easier
