BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR CZECH REPUBLIC

I am very proud to be exclusively representing a well establish international industrial developer looking to hire a strategic Business Development Director with  potential to manage the Czech branch.

The main purpose of the role

• Create and implement a new business development strategy to increase the business in the Czech Republic;
• Source, underwrite and secure business opportunities, both on and off market;
• Lead and develop a plan that secures new business land opportunities and pre-lets across Czech Republic, in line with the strategy;
• Work across both the public and private sectors, secure the company a position as the preferred industrial and logistic partner;
• Establish and manage key relationships with clients;
• Work with local authorities, municipal bodies and regional government;
• On pre-identified existing assets with mixed use potential, collaborate with the internal as well as external Asset Management, Technical Development and Investment teams to agree the strategic asset plan and lead the preferred scheme to completion;
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company in support of business objectives;
• Hire, supervise as well as motivate and support internal team of professionals (letting, development, asset management);
• Willingness to attend industry functions and social events outside of normal working hours

The Business Development will have

• Knowledge of the commercial property sector in Czech Republic
• Experience in all aspects of the commercial property development process;
• Previous experience of leading and motivating teams;
• Wide range of property and occupier contacts;
• Proven report writing and presentation skills;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Member of RICS is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal Czech and English
