SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – FVE – GERMANY | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | SALES

Work for a company that is a major player in the construction of solar power plants in Germany, Holland and other countries of Western Europe, including the Czech Republic.

The activity spreads from the solutions related to recharging electric cars and building solar carports, through the construction of the new solar power plants to specialized consulting services in the preparation of PV projects.  Become part of the group of the top experts in solar energy and make a positive effect on the growth of the company in the German market!

Your main task – RESPONSIBILITY OVER BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN GERMANY = BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | SALES

  • Creating market strategies – participating in the annual sales plan
  • Active search for the new business opportunities and indentification of the targeted segments
  • Finding suitable customers/companies with project opportunities in these segments
  • Achieving target values of sales and gross margin in defined segments in Germany according to the approved sales plan
  • Analysis of the price levels on the market, market research
  • Cooperation with the headquarters on the preparation of the offers
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients
  • Participate on the behalf of the company at exhibitions or conferences
  • Create reports regarding the status of sales in the area of responsibility
  • Work closely with all the departments to develop and implement the marketing concept and strategy
  • Collect market information, industry news and events so that business opportunities can be quickly identified

WE ARE SEARCHING FOR THE „HUNGRY ONE“

What knowledge and skills you should have -

  • Around 10+ years in (B2B) business experience preferably with a focus on energy
  • Preferably technical or commercially focused education
  • Ability to influence customers and seniors decisions
  • Fluent German and English or Czech language both verbally and in writing
  • Self-motivated approach to results
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate

Excellent spoken and written Czech/ Slovak and English is also essential as most of the clients are non-Czech speakers.
