TRANSACTION (M&A) MANAGER

As a TRANSACTION MANAGER, your job duties will include handling legal and financial matters, managing and coordination of transaction processes, finding real estate opportunities that align with company goals, and utilizing resources to negotiate the best deals for the company.

As a part of your job description, your responsibilities will include:

  • Searching for and evaluating new locations and existing investment opportunities.
  • Transaction management in the full range, i.e., from opportunity search, evaluation, through the bidding process to the negotiation and closing.
  • Transaction documentation negotiation – coordination with advisors and other involved parties, timely delivery.
  • Coordination of due diligence process.
  • Colaborating with superiors on the strategic long-term plans of the Group.
  • Developing and overseeing transaction plans.
  • Negotiation with all involved parties.
  • Preparation of data analysis, models and other financial tools.
  • Searching for and processing information from public sources.
  • Creation of reports and business contracts.
  • Cooperation with other departments

 

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

To become a part of the team, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree  in Economics; Legal or construction .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn and work independently.
  • Experience in similar role.
  • Work quickly and efficiently, even in stressful situations.
  • We will greatly appreciate the knowledge of non residential real estate market.
  • English and Czech/Slovak on a professional level
  • Willingness to travel, "B” driving license is necessary.
