This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be in the middle of everything that matters: from scaling operations and launching new initiatives to driving transformation across the business. Work side-by-side with the COO to shape strategy and turn ideas into action.
Lead mission-critical projects – digitising processes, boosting operational performance, exploring new business models, and optimising our real estate portfolio.
Translate complex problems into clear decisions and actionable plans.
Keep the company aligned and moving – removing roadblocks and ensuring priorities happen.
Deliver high-impact materials that influence boards, investors, and leadership decisions.
3–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, investment, or a high-growth environment.
Obsessed with solving problems and getting things done.
Communicative, organised, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial by nature – resourceful, creative, and energised by change.
Comfortable wearing many hats and figuring things out as you go.
Fluent in English and Czech.
