SENIOR LETTING MANAGER INDUSTRIAL (MP)

 An international property development firm with a successful history is looking to appoint a Senior Letting Manager to be based in Prague.

The main purpose of the role will be securing new tenants as well as keep renegotiate (extend) already existing contract.

• The Senior Letting Manager will cooperate and regularly meet with real estate agents;
• Search for new opportunities and potential tenants
• Monitor the market ;
• Identify and deal with new clients and maintain relationship with existing ones as well as prepare and negotiate TOBs.

The Senior Letting Manager  will represent the company by attending various presentations, conferences, fairs and events 

Other activities of the role will include:

• Communication with internal asset management, development and acquisition departments;
• Participation in preparation of business plans, operational and project development budgets;
• Reports preparation;
• Close cooperation with marketing department and PR agency.

The Letting  Manager  will have:

•  At least 3 years of industrial letting experience on the Czech real estate market (real estate agencies, property developers) 
• Fluency in English and Czech is  essential. 
• We are looking for an ambitious professional with proven track record on real estate market able to represent the client at high standards.
