The aim of this role is to find an experienced sales director/manager who will take the responsibility for business strategy and team, somebody who will provide backup to our current well established and successful sales team as well as clients.. we are expecting the personality of sales leader, modern thinker with innovative commercial approach who is able to use them in practically. DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Plans and organizes sales strategy of the company and sales team
• Analyses the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
• Developing clear and achievable sales plans
• Meeting agreed targets of the sales plan, especially turnover and profit ratio
• Identifying new business opportunities and customer needs to ensure profitable growth (i.e. proposing optimal product portfolio for the region),
• Developing and maintaining excellent communication links to top customers and their key decision makers,
• Providing regular feedback about market and competitive situations in the country
• Participating in local country activities to promote company products with respective KAMs
• Create sales opportunities and build conditions for business via sales team or in person
• Ensure allocated local accounts growth and profit by implementing agreed pricing and trading policies agreed with the
company management,
• Develop a mutual understanding of customers’ needs and ensure relationships are maintained at the proper management level
• Maintain and develop a good knowledge of the competition for benchmarking and feeding back into the business, prepare benchmarks
when needed (i.e. when new product is being launched),
• To process and analyse the incoming information and prepare the necessary steps and responses
• Participate on developing account plans, in order to increase market share, in line with the company objectives, and continue to meet
the needs of the customers
• Ensure accounts cash collection to reduce debtor days,
• To initiate trade incentive programs for all levels of distribution system and support actions prepared by agencies in close co-operation
with key accounts
• Maintain and develop excellent relations with the associated companies, promoting its products and give a professional support to local
sales team
• Allocate the yearly sales plan to the KAMs, and control their fulfilment
• Manage and control the daily work of the sales team,
• Motivate and train the sales team in order to maximize their creativity,
• Personal positive attitude, mediate the company’s main goals to the subordinates and the whole
• Active participation in planning and realization of the company’s marketing and PR actions,
