PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR LAND ACQUISITION (MP)

We are looking for a smart and ambitious professional with experience in land acquisition.

The Project Coordinator role will cover an organisational and negotiation phase leading to purchase of land /project for future development. He/she will be a part of the Acquisition Management team of a reputable and dynamically developing international firm focusing on development of commercial properties worldwide.

The position will be based in Prague.

The Project Coordinator

• will closely cooperate with Head of Acquisition dept,
• coordinate real estate agents,
• work with land registry,
• contact land owners,
• perform a detailed analyses of potential sites,
• present a potential acquisition opportunity to top management of the firm,
• negotiate the purchase conditions with landowners,
• coordinate the teams of DD, lawyers, architects and other professions to ensure smooth and successful purchase of land

The Project Coordinator will represent the company on various real estate functions, conferences as well as business development events in the Czech Republic.

The candidate on this position will have a ´´hands on´´ experience in land and/or projects acquisitions and excellent real estate market overview and network of contacts.  Very good knowledge of building/cadastral law and related regulations is ideal.

We expect that the PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR LAND ACQUISITION will have a good understanding of cashflow calculations and feasibility study, university education ideally in construction field or economics as well as fluent Czech and English.

The position requires a strong and dynamic personality with excellent organisational and communication skills and proactive approach.
