You will be responsible for:

• Digital marketing strategy and execution projects in Czech and Slovak Republic
• Responsible for Digital / Online strategy within Czech market and partly foreign projects
• Driving ideas, its execution
• Cooperation with digital marketing providers
• Driving the total experience by engaging the customer
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and social media campaigns
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Close cooperation with Regional Marketing Director and international marketing teams focus on digital and off-line in abroad (Europe)

Personality:

• Modern thinker
• Very good communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Person who accepts modern corporate spirit of the company, some reports, sense for humour, English speaking boss

Experience:

• You're a min.3-5 years in Digital Marketing (On-line Marketing) with analytical, marketing and commercial thinking
• University degree and English language minimum at advanced level
• Modern thinking person seeking new trends
• Brand effectiveness, sales and marketing measurement, loyalty and retention
• Experience from international company with active using of English is a big +
• Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of success managing marketing operations to identify and address client needs: communicating value propositions
• Demonstrates successful interactions with senior management in client organizations, especially within marketing
• Focus on high quality
• An extensive knowledge of all digital marketing channels
• SEM/SEO, social, e-mail, web optimization and marketing based analytics, Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, Experience with advertising tools
