MARKETING AND COMMNUCATIONS DIRECTOR

We are looking for a Marketing & PR Director to join our passionate and dedicated team, which shares a desire and enthusiasm to co-create the future of sustainable European business.

Your job responsibilities will include the following:

• Preparation, planning, implementation, and re-evaluating of the company's marketing strategy.
• Promoting marketing activities towards the business (providing all forms of sales support for the entire company portfolio)
• Bringing creative ideas to support and promote the company brand, keeping up with the European market's marketing trends, and continuously developing a new approach.
• Setting up the company-wide marketing budget
• Working closely with raising management and business and helping to achieve company goals.
• Analysis of the industry trends of European competition in the market and their marketing strategies.
• Coordinate all advertising and promotion methods in the company, including coordinating promotional activities with other company teams (e.g., business, economic, operational, etc.).
• Setting up the strategy and aligning the marketing and PR goals and activities within all countries where of our activites (CZ, SP, PL, NL, DE, SK, HR) and countries where we are going to expand.
• To lead & develop the international marketing team of smaller team  enthusiastic team members.
• To oversee the corporate website management and the complete marketing materials (brochures and other publications) and the preparation & organization of team events (team buildings).

Skills and requirements:

To become a part of our management, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience as Head of Marketing or a similar role.
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.) within the European market.
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels.
• Knowledge of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM)
• A leader who can lead, motivate and support teammates' growth.
• Outstanding communication in Czech and English (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
