You will join a critical function at an exciting time as we build our HR Operations team. As part of our team, you will be responsible to support and execute our HR practices catering to multiple functions that are hosted in our Prague office. The role will focus on managing, building, revamping, enhancing all critical HR processes across the employee lifecycle such as – onboarding, exit, document management, ER issues, HR policies, employee data, HR compliance, GDPR etc. You will partner with the Central European HR Operations teams to facilitate, support and execute policy and process changes as required. We seek a seasoned HR professional with the ability to manage the scale as our organization transforms over the coming years.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Operationalizing and executing HR programs, and new initiatives in compliant manner and aligned business directions
  • Overseeing and ensuring health of employee and contingent worker data captured in our HR capital management tools
  • Being on the lookout for HR operational improvement opportunities by auditing current processes and finding comfort in neatly capturing ‘go-to’ state in swim lanes and process flow charts
  • Being at ease with capturing existing HR acumen in user-friendly ways to build our knowledge basis (documentation)
  • Inkling to automate and digitize manual paperwork
  • Developing and maintaining effective business partnerships and serve as a consultant for all HR areas
  • Finding bliss in well-executed monthly HR close and supporting our Finance department with neat payroll input
  • Building close partnership with HR counter parts for our visiting and hosted colleagues across the globe, to ensure alignment on HR matters
  • Managing onboarding experience to our new hires while ensuring compliances and documentations are met
  • Preparing exits and analyse trends to help business and HR leadership team to manage talent
  • Working closely with the People team and employees to improve our employee value proposition (EVP)
  • Supporting the implementation of critical HR projects from time to time per organizational direction

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

  • You have a degree from a college or university, with a specialization in HR management
  • You have relevant experience of approximately 5 years in HR operationsworked in process & policy design, and understand the importance, breadth, and depth of HR (labor) compliance
  • You have experience in managing GDPR related projects
  • Absolute integrity and trustworthiness are second nature to you
  • Your empathy and absolute dependability guarantee outstanding employee care
  • You're happy to take on responsibility and drive topics forward, are consistently dependable, and stay calm even in stressful situations.
  • You impress with your competent, confident bearing, and people sense that with you, their questions concerning career development are in the best possible hands.
  • With your above-average service orientation and excellent communication skills, you'll win over internal and external stakeholders alike
  • You’re proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and in Czech
  • Experience with Workday is a plus!

In addition, you will be in close contact with the team leaders of the other departments, and in the wider European and Global community, enabling you to draw on your colleagues' experience at any time. Through these various interfaces, youֺ’ll gain interesting insights into all areas of HR (recruiting, career development, learning and development, etc.). You'll report directly to the CEE HR Operations & Office Operations Senior Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development.
