A high profile real estate group with extremely profitable portfolio is looking to hire a COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR  for the Czech Republic. The position will be based in Prague with direct reporting line to CEO.

This is a strategic as well as hands on role ideal for an experienced real estate professional with successful track record in development and letting of shopping centres.

The main activities will cover:

• Setting up the commercial strategy of planned shopping centres and mixed use developments;
• Close cooperation with acquisition and construction teams;
• Supervising, motivating and developing a dynamic team of Letting Managers;
• Recruitment, goal setting and performance management of the team;
• Planning, coordination and follow up on country lease activities;
• Business development, networking - winning new tenants;
• Strengthening relationships with already existing as well as new/prospective tenants;
• Selecting and managing external leasing partners;
• Communication with acquisition and development departments;
• Representing the company on various events, presentations and conferences in the Czech Republic and other countries;

The ideal COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR will have strategic thinking, strong networking capabilities; excellent market knowledge; strong negotiations and people management skills, decision making ability.
