A skilled Oracle Business Analyst /PROJECT MANAGER is wanted for a dynamic, boosting mid-size company (approx. 120 employees), local CZ+SK branch of a global real-estate consulting company, with a great reputation on the market.
About your role:
The BA will act as a local driver for an Oracle software implementation. Working with business and process leads, the BA will need to capture and optimise business process and business requirements then document and communicate the details to external software’s consultants.
Since Oracle will be implemented globally, you will be also in touch with company’s Global Team to keep updated.
The purpose of your job is not only lead but provide the bridge between company’s local business needs and the technical functional resources of Oracle across all its modules.
Therefore, you should be proved Oracle’s “Super User” with knowledge of its modules and possibilities which you help to adjust to company’s local needs across its key departments (finance and project management teams and partly HR). It’s expected to build consensus and a common understanding of Oracle system within the company.
Your scope of work and responsibilities will include:
You as an ideal candidate:
As a prospective candidate, you will have previous track record of completed Oracle ERP system implementation, preferably package solution. You should be strategical thinker, with advance analytical skills but also an ability to ask the right questions in order to understand company’s business, its needs and so form and pass the intel/input to external software consultants.
Very good knowledge of Czech/ Slovak and fluent English is a must have. Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is necessary. Great knowledge of Oracle modules is essential.
