Your role:
You will be in touch with international retailors and their decision makers regarding leasing of available retail units within a specific shopping centre.
Culture between salesman / customer etc.
• Keeping awareness about trends on market in retail sector – getting respected from partners
• Always maintaining good relations with shopping centre tenants
• Pursue a proactive partnership approach to working with tenants
• Ensure open and effective communication with tenants
• Agenda of retail budget
• Administration and accounting responsibilities
Your Profile, Background & Skills:
Ideal candidate will ideally have a university degree; around 3-5 years of experience from retail sales/ account management.
This is a role for a sharp, quick thinking retail expert with passion for a business, very good communication and organisational skills.
Excellent Czech/ Slovak and fluent English is also essential as some o the clients are non-Czech speakers.
• Very good level of soft skills such as sales skills, communication and presentation skills, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, analytical skills, independent decision maker
• Proven experience of a retail role within international fashion retail, preferably a department store
• Relationship building skills, client approach and can-do attitude
• Good decision making
• Leadership and team building skills, and well-developed and articulate communication skills
• Interact and liaise across all levels of the business
• Ability to think strategically and to anticipate and plan for greater results
• Good commercial instincts. Common sense, hands-on approach and ability to ask the right questions a must
• Strong communication and influencing skills
