SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER; A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY!! (MP)

We are very proud to be EXCLUSIVELY representing an EXTREMELY successful  property developer. Due to a sustained increase of interesting and exciting projects they are eager to hire a dynamic and motivated SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional with at least 5 years history in managing the whole construction of non-residential projects.
Your responsibilities will include: 

• Overseeing the preparation phase: permitting and tendering
• Communication and coordination of suppliers, e.g. designers, subcontractors
• Attending control days; monitoring time scale and budget, ensuring that the deadlines are met and quality of constructions work is performed at highest standards
• Handing over the project and dealing with claims after the completion
   

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER Will have

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in realization of bigger development projects
• Project Management background with demonstrable client facing experience; 
• University degree in construction field;
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
