Attractive developer is searching for passionate individual with a drive to represent the company, sell modern apartments to potential clients and manage a smaller sales & marketing team.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

• Your main task will be to create and manage Sales & Marketing department, which will be selling high-standard apartments within newly developing residential complex
• You will be providing clients with professional advice and presenting them the project
• One of your resposibilities will be preparation of legal documents together with company law team
• You can look forward to coordinating creation/realization of marketing strategy and campaign to support sales, preparation of promo materials in cooperation with external PR agencies.
• You will be closely cooperating with the rest of a sales team while reporting to Sales Director
• One of your responsibilities will be preparation of proposals and offers for clients

We expect that you will have:

• At least 3-5 years of experiencein residential sales on the side of real estate developer / real estate consultancy
• Knowledge of marketing strategies may be advantageous
• Fluency in Czech / Slovak
• Upper intermediate level of English
