MARKETING AND PR COORDINATOR - PERFECT & CHARMING COMPANY

ONE OF THE TOP EMPLOYER, RATHER SMALLER INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT COMPANY is seeking for the Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist - Enthusiastic marketer who is willing to work hard and learn complex marketing skills in the environment of pan-European corporate company with high personal development potential.

The position is located in Prague - city centre in a very modern environment.

There is a cler promotion system to boost your career. You should have experience from general marketing, marketing communicatioon, PR, events, coordination of digital marketing agenda.

The position is a unique mix of marketing support function with cooperative tasks and demanding independent projects, both short and long term with high level of responsibility and potential for individual involvement and possibility to influence things. This will provide the candidate with unique marketing background in corporate environment. 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 

• Supports Marketing Director in planning, preparation and execution of corporate brand & event projects 
• Organizes, plans, executes or supervises projects and events independently 
• You will coordinate, support and create specific marketing campaignes with international coverage to support diversified businesses across Europe. A minimum advanced level of English language + CZ or SK is a must!! 
• Partners with and supervises local country coordinators 
• Planning, preparation and coordination of events for clients and agents, group marketing campaigns, conferences, seminars and trade shows 
• Maintaining project tracking spread sheets and events´ calendar, ensuring secure compliance of events´ budgets in line with general PR & marketing budgets 
• Support of online communications 
• Coordination of marketing/PR agencies (PR agencies, online agency, advertising agencies, graphics studios, print suppliers, charity 
• and non-profitable organizations, …) 
• Supervision of offices branding 
• Support of marketing specialists in preparation and execution of the local events (e.g. printing of materials, events,..) 

WE REQUIRE: 

• University degree is highly preferred 
• 2-5years+ experience in marketing in B2B or B2C business, marketing/PR is preferred 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, friendly and energetic person 
• Open minded and proactive person with „human touch“ and commercial thinking 
• Sense for Fin-tech is a big advantage 
• Experience from international company could be a +
