The role related responsibilities are financial modelling, due diligence, process management of investments, financings, and dispositions as well as research and market analysis.

We are looking for a candidate with an understanding of risk / returns. Experience with real estate valuations and investment analysis are a big advantage.

Responsibilities will cover

• Running financial analyses (cash flow projections and development models)
• Co-ordinating and preparing written reports articulating the risks and returns of investment propositions to the Investment Committee,
• Coordinating the different parts of investment memo process for the region and liaise with different colleagues as well as external partners
• Instructing and analysing external due diligence
• Assisting in the process of investments, financings and dispositions
• Gathering and evaluate economic and real estate data
• Partnering with development team in analysing investment, development and disposal opportunities on the market     

     For a more junior professional there will be a senior colleague to provide all necessary support and secure your development. You will be in a good hands!

The investment Analyst will ideally have

• Experience within a (commercial) real estate organization or in asset management company
• Strong analytical / financial skills
• University degree / Master degree
• High proficiency in Excel,
• Eager to learn and prepared to work under pressure
• Team player and openminded candidate motivated to support the
• Highly organized
• Fluency in English, German is advantage – not a must
