Successful and dynamic international real estate related firm is looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to support their team and serve their clients with A class commercial projects.

We are searching for someone who is proactive, willing to learn, open-minded, organisationally skilled, precise and enjoys working in a dynamic and action oriented environment but looks for a friendly atmosphere as well.

In cooperation with Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• communication with clients, getting to know their needs and deliver work based on it
• prepare project costs estimations and schedule; coordinate realization phase and control works of particular sub-contractors; final hand over to a client
• execution and delivery of presentations, reports to clients/investors
• cooperation with other departments

An ideal candidate should have:

• high school / university degree in construction
• fresh graduate, or around 1-2 years of experience from project management / construction of commercial projects
• advanced knowledge of English is a MUST HAVE!
• Czech/Slovak language is essential
• great organisational skills and overview about technologies and sustainability aspects

Regarding personality, suitable candidate should be highly motivated individual, with positive and proactive approach, eager to gain valuable professional experience.
