We are specifically looking for a bright minds, who enjoy working with data, have strong analytical skills, advance knowledge/usage of Excel and are detail oriented. Fresh graduates or juniors with 1-2 years of experience are warmly welcomed!
Your main responsibilities as a Junior Asset Management Analyst will involve:
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports of real estate property portfolios
- Communication with tenants a cross cooperation with other departments
- Property budget preparation
- Participation in property valuations
- Research of available economic and real estate market data monitoring
- Participation in the analysis of new leasing & investment opportunities
Ideal candidate will hold at least a bachelor degree in economics or finance. Previous experience in a real estate is NOT neccessary. On the other hand you should be at least passionate about real estate segment.
Good knowledge of English is a must have as well as analytical thinking together with an attention to a detail. You should be able to use Excel on advance level and have basic financial modelling skills.
