As a Project Manager, you will join a reputable and dynamic international firm specialized in commercial and industrial field, one of the market leaders.

• Your range of responsibilities:
• Participate on the project design
• Outline the project strategy
• Secure the preparation phase including permitting (in cooperation with a permitting team), tendering, time schedule and budget
• Participate on tendering
• Secure and coordinate the realization process; lead control days, control the quality
• Regular reporting to the Head of development department

Project Manager will be securing the project from its development phase throughout the preparation and realization process. He/she will be the one who has the biggest knowledge about the project and has a complex overview.

Do you have:

• "hands on" experience
• approx. 2-3 years in project/construction coordination
• university degree in construction field
• fluency in Czech and English!!!
