The main activities of the position will cover:

• letting of office / industrial properties
• providing clients with current up-to-date knowledge about the office market`s situation, trends, forecasts and information about planned projects
• identifying new premises
• acquisitions of new clients
• viewings of properties
• lease negotiations

Very important part of the job will also include:

• building relationships with already existing as well as potential clients
• business development (pro-active search of new clients, cold calling)
• preparation of proposals and presentations to clients

We expect that the candidate will have:

• university education is preferred
• min. 1 year of experience in office / industrial letting (but fresh juniors with salesy approach are also welcomed)
• fluency in Czech / Slovak and advanced English (reports will be written in English)
• dynamic and outgoing personality, communicative and goal-oriented team player, who is persistent, well organised and motivated
• presentable, assertive as well as proactive approach
• very good professional presentation
• energetic mindset
