Our client is a successful, dynamic, international company which is mainly sales driven. As the company is growing by headcount and revenue, we need to support the future growth by developing HR procedures and processes. We are seeking for candidate who has a strong HR knowledge, talent acquisition or learning and development expertise and previous experience with regional coverage as your function will also enhance agenda located in abroad. Your background is important for us as well as your personality. Our client is a remarkably effective and dynamic team of commercially oriented people in a need of a business-oriented HR person, acting as their equal partner.

Company and your role in it:

Your future employer will be dynamic, mid-size international company.

We are seeking for a skilled, mature, proactive candidate with very good knowledge in multiple HR disciplines (such as solid knowledge of labour law implications, personnel administration, basics of remuneration principles, HR metrics, HR policies, etc.) with spike in Talent Acquisition OR L&D.

You should be also highly customer oriented to build relationship with hiring managers and Country Heads and be an equal partner to them.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Actively build talent pipeline (end-to-end) - proactive people planning, creative sourcing of talents, cooperation with external agency, candidate interviews and selections, utilise psychometric and other selection instruments, facilitate selection decisions
  • Learning and Development: Develop key competencies – identify key needs, select and drive effective learning interventions, accelerate talent growth, build learning environment and culture.
  • HR Business Partner drives HR agenda and act as point of contact for managers and employees in various HR topics (HR issues and processes, labour legislation, in the area of expertise, etc.)
  • Support entire employee life cycle processes and employee experience - new starters and on-boarding, performance, development activities as well as exit interviews
  • Manage induction and onboarding process, ensuring positive candidate/new employees experience
  • Constantly improve the HR processes and enhance company culture to best support business growth
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with managers, partnering them in HR agenda
  • Cooperate with other HR focused colleagues
  • Report to a Director level
  • Culture constantly improvement of the process, ensure that all legally required trainings are completed
  • Maintain proposed & agreed HR processes and policies
  • Determine current and anticipate future staffing needs
  • Define and implement employee training programs according to business needs

Your Experience/Skills:

  • 4+ years (we are not searching a director level) of complex HR experience
  • Talent Acquisition or Learning and Development expertise, preferably in a complex fast growth environment of an international company
  • Ability to understand business needs and derive relevant HR partnering/consultancy from it
  • Customer orientation and building relationship and partnering
  • Excellent organization skills: ability to manage diverse/ad-hoc requests in limited time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to think systematically and have a good judgement, decide/ come with proposal even with incomplete data
  • Flexible personality with a proactive approach and “can-do” attitude
  • Fluent Czech as well as fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • min. BA degree or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred
