Job description

• leadership and coordination of individual project managers
• supervision of 1-3 projects
• creation and supervision of compliance with established procedures
• creation and supervision of the fulfillment of the time schedule
• quality control of construction works
• control over the budget and drawing of funds
• communication with individual departments and offices

Ideal profile

• Secondary school / University of construction
• several years of experience in residential / commercial projects
• English or German language - fluently
• excellent negotiation, communication and coordination skills
• experience with all phases of a development project
• experience from the investor´s site
• efficiency and pro-activity
• czech language - on a native level
