BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - TOP OFFICE FURNITURE (company car)

A unique & challenging business opportunity for an experienced sales person, IDEALLY A CZECH NATIVE WITH  ACTIVE KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE - Business Developer / Key Account Manager, Export Manager, Regional Sales Manager. The knowledge of English is a must. WE ARE KNOWN START UP COMPANY WITH OUR OWN PRODUCTION. We are searching for a friendly professional with an energetic personality and willingness to travel and develop business.

Let´s continue development  of the "office"market with leading company on the market. The company is a producer & trader of high value solutions - design office furniture for CORPORATIONS. We are searching for a dynamic and commercially oriented personality with successful sales track record. Sales track record is 50% of success but personality and team orientation is also at least 50%. Our client behaves as a very progressive and dynamic company with the emphasis on effective and flexible processes in order to achieve positive results smarter, more effectively than processed freak corporations.

HQ CE of the company is based in Prague. We will inform you about the products range during our mtng/call.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales 
  • Roll out of successful business in to the new directions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel - real estate consultancy - office segment, developers,..
  • Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high calibre of service, explore and Identify all their needs.
  • Approach new businesses with proposals.
  • Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
  • Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
  • Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
  • Manage clients’ / projects’ receivables and cash collections in light of present financial KPI
  • Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process
  • Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues “ commercial, marketing, product supply to ensure efficient operation in terms of product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service”
  • Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.

Skills:

  • Minim 2 years of successful sales experience ideally on similar position / EXPORT OR B2B / FURNITURE BUT ALSO E.G. REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER/CONSULTANCY
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good level of English/business level and Czech
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage your duties and strategy independently
  • Team player and ability to work with & through others
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients
