ASSET / LETTING MANAGER FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES (MP)

Dynamically growing investor focusing on a development of commercial properties in Czech Republic is searching for an Asset Manager with experience and passion real estate, great communication skills and analytical mind.

You will closely cooperate with the Head of Property and Asset manager and coordinate/monitor at 2 commercial properties in the Czech Republic. You will be seated at company’s Prague office.

The core of this role is to maintain positive relationship with the tenants, coordinate the communication between the company, developer, financing institutions, law firms and other authorities and inspect the progress.

Your responsibilities as an Asset Manager:

• Coordinate work activities especially letting activities will be 50% of your work
• Coordinate all operational activities to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures and protocols
• Meet tenants on a regular basis to ensure prosperous relationship
• Manage files and documents concerning the project; prepare analyses and reports
• Cooperate with the Country Head in operational and administrative activities (such as setting budget, inventories, cost controls etc.)
• Coordination of communication between the company, developer, financing institutions and other authorities
• Cooperate with other company’s departments

To fit this role and meet its expectations, you should have previous experience (approx. 3 years) in a real estate, preferably from the asset/letting management, finance or development area. Besides the experience, you should be good communicator with an organizational skills, precision and friendly approach towards excel and to prepare analyses and repots. Due to the international aspect of this role, communicative english is a must have.
