SALES DIRECTOR ČR – B2B – INDUSTRIAL

The employer is an international well expanding leading company with a quality products, set strategies and well running network of partners. The company is considered as leading “business boosting medium sized company” with expanding character. Turnover approx. 1 mld. We are searching the best suitable sales manger/director. Key skills: proven sales background, managerial experience in B2B, industrial products OR consummer products for industrial companies, result oriented, enough ambitious, professional but friendly behaviour, team player and some sense for humour as we have a great teams. You should be active and dynamic personality with enough visible energy.

In this role you are expected to deliver both strong growth and profitability and coordinate/develop the business in ČR through the sales team. The position is based in Prague. Successful commercial experience is a must but ability to develop and coach sales team is even more required.

Main Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for sales strategy in assigned regions + cooperation on new product launches with further countries, sharing best practices and its implementation
Manage the sales team, their development, coaching
Keep contact with distribution network and end customers (mainly production companies)
Participation on marketing strategies / new product lines
Follow turnover and quarterly plan the market and inform Country Manager about possible challenges
Develop new distributors in both existing and new markets across the region through teams
Give input to the Business Development organization for potential acquisition targets both within the internal network of distributors as well as external distributors
Track dealer/product sales performance and funnel for assigned category
Make proposals of local quarterly promotions of products to Managing Director
Cooperate closely and manage other members of sales team, customer care and marketing
Ensure knowledge of and compliance with company policies and processes

Background and personal qualities:
You should have experience from sales management positions
Successful sales track record and managerial skills (management of sales force) within B2B environment.
Strong result orientation and proven successful management and commercial experience
Able to coach and motivate people to share the vision of the company and turn our strategy into action
Experience in developing and maintaining relationship with partners
Self starter, entrepreneurial and energetic person with high ambitions and a pragmatic approach
An analytical mind that approaches business issues in a structured manner and with organizational capabilities
Ability to make decisions on behalf of team and accept consequences
Sales experience in industrial business as an advantage
VS/SS education, professional look, friendly and dynamic personality with sense for ethics and flexibility
Strong in building relationships both internally and externally
Independent in taking actions while still being a strong team player
Czech/Slovak is a MUST and English is a must (advaced level)
