As an After sales Services Manager, you will have the chance of leading a rapidly growing team of Installation and Service Engineers, Schedulers, Sales Executives and service contract renewal team. You will head up all aspects of the After sales experience to the customer base from the initial Installation through to support and maintenance.

LCS Director (Life Cycle Service) – Eastern Europe, you will be responsible for the full Life Cycle Service business of our Eastern European organisation. The organisation consist the following countries;

Direct business:

Czech republic, Slovakia and Poland

Indirect business:

Baltics & CIS countries

You will act as a brand ambassador by modelling our Core Values in every interaction with customers & colleagues alike, and be the main strategic bridge between the Life Cycle Service and New Business (Sales) departments in Eastern Europe.

As LCS Director, the aim of you and your team is to ensure our customers are continually delighted by their experience with our products and services. To this end you must ensure there is a cohesive strategy with the New Business Director to support the sale of new equipment by continually delighting our customers.

It is the responsibility of the LCS Director to ensure the correct promotion and sale our service solutions, applications and products to our customers, whilst building a strong and engaged team to drive our business into the future.

In this key role you must be willing to commit the additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload in order to meet budget milestones, implementation deadlines and customer demand.

Your tasks:

Manage the full LCS team and business for Eastern Europe
Work closely with Sales Director to ensure strategic alignment & a cohesive strategy to build the BRAND brand
Manage offer funnel and order backlog of our products and solutions
Identify market needs and develop the necessary strengths & capabilities into the LCS team to support the market trends
Develop a fully engaged team that believes in ourCore Values and demonstrates them in their daily roles
Develop training and succession plans for the Eastern European LCS team in coordination with our Academy and the HR team
Manage & report the monthly budget performance, supported by accurate forecasting methods
Grow LCS business by >7%/yr
Grow software contract coverage & remote service contracts throughout our existing and new installed base
Improve employee engagement & customer delight
Take active roles and responsibilities in Global projects and deliverables where needed
Contribute to the performance of the team by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing support and involvement in all activities
Your profile:


Technical/Business degree or MBA
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (CRM/SAP is a positive)
Proven experience in Managing a service organisation of similar size (>30 people)
Experience of managing in an International environment, understanding and adapting to the cultural differences between our central and Regional organisations
Proven experience in managing a service contract business, along with the sale & marketing of other service products
Demonstrated ability to provide customers with an exceptional service experience
Demonstrated passion to work in a high achievement, sales focused, outcome driven team
Ability to engage customers in conversations that build trust and an understanding of their needs
Experience in developing a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
Proven capacity of growing a mature organisation and redeveloping a team for Industry 4.0 challenges
Demonstrated desire to be part of an organisation that actively engages with multiple business sectors and customer needs University Graduate in a relevant field: MBA with Management emphasis, Focus on Finance / Controlling appreciated
