HOSPITAL BUSINESS / FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST / POSITION IS BASED IN PRAGUE
Our client – successful international company – looking for a candidate, with proven strong business acumen to achieve sales objectives. The hired person will be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities in a designated area of Medical division, according to the strategy plans.
Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Manage sales action plans for team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. Evaluate performance of sales team and ensure sales employees perform properly. Provide feedback and coaching to the sales team. Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts. Analyze data (market research, competitor and customer analysis) to identify sales opportunities. Continuous optimization of market coverage model. Supporting business P&L. Prepare budgets, control expenses and monitor budgets.
Qualifications: Higher education degree. Proven experience on similar position in medical area (preferably) or dental / pharmacy in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy is a must. Experience in managing a sales team in direct and indirect business model. Result driven approach. Willingness to travel above 70% of working time. Understanding of business financials and P&L management Proficiency in English, Czech / Slovak language. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Valid driving license. International companies experience well perceived.
